Real Estate Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities: Actively list, market, and work on buy/sell commercial properties and secondary market residential units & off plan projects too. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and property portals. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with market insights, investment opportunities, and property comparisons. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and leasing forms. Negotiate purchase agreements, terms of sale, and leases between buyers and sellers. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, zoning regulations, and commercial real estate laws. Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and corporate clients. Ensure all transactions comply with local laws and real estate regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real Estate sales : 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Well-versed in English (Preferred)
