Role: Real Estate Sales Agent

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, manage, and convert leads into property sales or rentals.
  • Conduct viewings and site visits with clients and investors.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Actively promote and market properties through multiple online and offline channels.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, projects, and developer launches.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare documents, and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain professional communication and coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of leads, deals, and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate.
  • Proven track record in Off-Plan or Leasing (preferred both).
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai property market, developers, and communities.
  • UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
