About Us:
We are a growing real estate brokerage specializing in Dubai’s dynamic property market. We are looking for driven Sales Agents (Secondary Market) with 2–3 years of experience who are motivated to succeed and passionate about real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a strong client network.
• Advise clients on buying and selling properties in Dubai’s secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Dubai’s secondary sales market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
