Real Estate Sales Agent

Walara Real Estate is seeking a motivated Experienced Real Estate Agent who not only excels in sales and relationship-building with developers, but also confidently sells Walara’s full service offerings, including property rentals, project sales, and project marketing solutions to investors, landlords, and developers in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive business growth by prospecting new clients—including investors, landlords, and developers—and leveraging strong connections within the developer community.

· Sell Walara’s comprehensive service offerings, including project sales (off-plan and ready properties), project marketing services tailored to developers and investors, and rental services for clients seeking lease solutions.

· Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation → proposal development → negotiation → closing.

· Collaborate with developers to secure exclusive inventory and facilitate partnerships for marketing and project launches.

· Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and market initiatives.

· Maintain detailed client and opportunity records in CRM and provide regular progress reports.

· Stay up-to-date on market trends, developer projects, competitor services, and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in real estate business development—preferably within the UAE.

· Strong developer network within UAE real estate, with experience securing developer collaborations or managing project marketing relationships.

· Proven success selling not just property—also professional services like marketing or project-specific solutions.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Highly self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work autonomously.

· Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

· RERA certification or real estate licensing is a plus.

Compensation Package

· Basic Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

· Commission & Incentives: Generous, uncapped structure, with higher rewards for successful service sales and deal conversions.

· On‑Target Earnings (OTE): AED 15,000–25,000+ per month for goal-achieving professionals.

· Additional benefits: Visa will be provided if required.
