Real Estate Sales Agent

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers through the process of purchasing or selling properties while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. This role requires a blend of customer service, marketing, and organizational skills to effectively manage client relationships and property listings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and trends in the local real estate market.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and traditional advertising.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Organize property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with other agents, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys as necessary to ensure successful closings.
• Keep detailed records of transactions and maintain organized files for each client.

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.
• Administrative experience in a real estate setting is highly desirable.
