Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Description:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in line with company KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ sales experience (Dubai real estate preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai property laws and RERA requirements is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
