About the Role:

Are you a motivated and ambitious real estate professional looking to grow your career in Dubai's dynamic property market? We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent with 6 months to 1 year of experience who is eager to close deals, build client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and manage fresh property leads on a daily basis.
  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
  • Conduct property viewings and roadshows to showcase listings.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly.
  • Use the company’s CRM portal to manage leads, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and area-specific developments.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team.

Requirements:
