Do you have a passion for real estate and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a committed Real Estate Agent to become an integral part of our energetic team. This position involves managing administrative responsibilities, overseeing property listings, and facilitating effective communication with clients. Your main tasks will include keeping accurate client records, coordinating appointments, and assisting with marketing initiatives. If you excel in a fast-paced setting and possess outstanding organizational abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Execute lead generation levels weekly
  • Conduct open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Zoom and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Qualifications

North Carolina Real Estate License (REQUIRED)

Sales: 1 year (REQUIRED)

Real Estate: 1 year (REQUIRED)
