Key Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
· Conduct property viewings and arrange site visits for potential buyers/tenants.
· Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
· Prepare and review property documents, contracts, and agreements.
· Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
· Maintain an updated database of available properties and client information.
· Negotiate offers and ensure smooth completion of transactions.
· Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and community developments.
· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
· Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software (an advantage).
· Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
