Job Description

We are urgently seeking motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role with no basic salary, designed for individuals who are driven, self-disciplined, and ready to earn based on performance.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market is required.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and convert leads into successful transactions
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property visibility and client engagement
• Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities and portfolio diversification
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met throughout the sales process
• Receive and manage daily fresh leads for prompt follow-up and closure

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in English/british and Hindi
• UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
