We are actively hiring for Sales Manager for Real Estate Process
Location : Mumbai (Andheri)
Salary : 52k to 70k In Hand
Shift : 10AM to 7PM
Qualification : Graduation
Requirement :
Leading and motivating a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities also involve market analysis, client relationship management, performance monitoring, and ensuring legal compliance.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Core responsibilities:
Team management: Lead, mentor, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to help them meet and exceed their sales goals.
Sales strategy: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives. This includes setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs.Market analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to inform sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while also overseeing the handling of customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Performance and reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and generate reports for senior management. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.Compliance: Ensure the team operates in compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to execute sales initiatives effectively.New business development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base and collaborate with marketing to drive leads.
