Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline marketing strategies.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Negotiate purchase, sale, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated with the local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
