Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new leads through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and professional networking.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Conduct client meetings, present project information, and assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Manage negotiations, respond to client inquiries, and successfully close transactions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain accurate activity and progress reports.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Effectively manage time to handle multiple clients and inquiries simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience with Zameen.com, real estate firms, or the property sector is mandatory.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; higher qualifications will be preferred.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
- Strong follow-up, planning, and time management skills
