Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties across Sharjah and Ajman.

Candidates should have UAE real estate sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and the ambition to succeed in a high-earning, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties to clients across Sharjah and Ajman.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present property offerings professionally and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and ensure compliance with UAE property regulations.

Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE real estate sales experience (plots, apartments, or brokerage).
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
