We are seeking a results-driven and well-presented Real Estate Agent / Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing, marketing, and closing real estate transactions in the residential and/or commercial property sectors. The agent will act as the face of the company for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, and must have strong local market knowledge, RERA certification, and the ability to handle the full sales/leasing process professionally and ethically.
Key Responsibilities & Task Functions:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, property portals, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients—understand their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Qualify buyers and tenants before property viewings.
Property Listing & Marketing
- Source exclusive property listings from developers, landlords, and sellers.
- Verify property documents and ensure legal compliance before listing.
- Create compelling marketing content, including:
- Professional photos and videos
- Property descriptions
- Floor plans and maps
- List properties across CRM systems and platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, JustProperty, etc.
- Promote listings via social media, email campaigns, and open house events.
Property Tours & Viewings
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
- Highlight property features, community amenities, and investment potential.
- Address client concerns and provide accurate market insights.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate price, terms, and conditions between parties while ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Guide clients through the offer, deposit, MOU, SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement), and closing process.
- Coordinate with legal teams, banks, mortgage brokers, developers, and DLD to ensure smooth handovers.
Contracts, Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare RERA Form A, B, F, tenancy contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure all transactions are legally compliant and registered through the Trakheesi system (advertisement permits).
- Keep up to date with DLD, RERA, and Dubai tenancy laws and regulations.
- Assist clients with Ejari registration, DEWA connections, and move-in procedures if required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales or leasing experience in the UAE.
- Must hold a valid RERA broker license or be eligible to obtain one.
- Proven track record of successful property deals (sales or rentals).
- Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and local real estate market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRMs (e.g., Masterkey, PropSpace, MyCRM).

Commission & Compensation:
