Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in real estate sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong client relationships and successfully close property deals.

Preference will be given to candidates who already hold their own valid UAE visa.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with company-provided leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and competitive listings
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and potential buyers
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Prepare necessary documents, contracts, and transaction reports
• Attend property viewings and client meetings
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
