Asas Althbat is hiring a driven Real Estate Sales Agent to manage clients and close property deals professionally. You will handle the full sales cycle-from lead qualification and property presentations to negotiation, contract coordination, and handover-while maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving monthly targets.
Tasks
- Receive and qualify real estate leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, portals) and manage the pipeline
- Present properties/units, explain features, pricing, and payment plans clearly
- Schedule and conduct site visits and client meetings and follow up consistently
- Negotiate within approved limits and close deals efficiently
- Coordinate reservation, contract signing, and documentation with internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (client notes, statuses, next actions)
- Achieve monthly KPIs (leads, viewings/meetings, offers, closing rate, revenue)
- Collect market insights on competitor pricing and customer feedback
- Support client handover and post-sale coordination when required
- Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools and MS Office
- Arabic fluency required; English is a plus
