Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Agents to specialize in the secondary property market (resale properties). This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by high commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle buying, selling, and leasing of secondary (resale) properties
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close successful deals
• Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate, preferably in secondary market (UAE experience is a plus)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and within a team
