Real Estate Sales Agent

A real estate agent is a professional who helps people buy, sell, rent, or lease properties such as homes, apartments, and commercial buildings. They act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the entire property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property listing & marketing: Promoting properties through ads, listings, and showings
  • Client representation: Advising buyers or sellers based on their needs and budget
  • Negotiation: Helping both parties agree on price and terms
  • Market research: Analyzing property values and market trends
  • Paperwork & legal compliance: Handling contracts, agreements, and ensuring regulations are followed

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of contracts and property law

Note: No salary commission based only, we provide fresh leads and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
