We are seeking motivated and experienced Real estate Sales Agents to join our growing brokerage team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong market knowledge, sales skills, and an existing UAE residence visa who are ready to work in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage property sales and leasing transactions in assigned areas and portfolios.
- Handle company-generated leads and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct property viewings, prepare client presentations, and provide market guidance to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to maximize conversions and retention.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Update all listings, leads, and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Submit weekly activity reports and performance updates to management.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and regulations.
- Attend internal training sessions and meetings as required.
- Maintain knowledge of RERA rules, tenancy laws, and brokerage procedures.
- Attend daily office hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and participate in team meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to improve property exposure and lead conversion.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Follow company code of conduct and performance standards.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets as set by management.
- Adhere to company attendance, punctuality, and reporting requirements.
- Use company-provided leads, systems, and marketing materials responsibly.
Requirements
- Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
- Experience in real estate sales in Dubai (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary up to AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
- Commission 15% to 30% based on experience, market knowledge, and deal performance
