Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary

Responsible for marketing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. The role includes generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions in compliance with company policies and market regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales and leasing leads through various channels.
• Market available properties through online portals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms of sale or lease in line with company guidelines.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with property management for availability, maintenance, and handover processes.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Knowledge of local property market and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property listing platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
