Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering excellent client service. This is a target-driven role with strong earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and online portals
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Dubai property market is an advantage
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for interview and immediate joining
