Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent (Residential & Commercial)

Location: Sharjah / Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 + Commission

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to handle both residential and commercial property sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in off-plan and brokerage markets, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strong client relationships in Sharjah and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Sales (Residential & Commercial)
• Handle buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
• Manage property listings and client portfolios.
• Off-Plan & Brokerage Sales
• Promote and sell off-plan projects from developers.
• Work actively within brokerage channels to close deals.
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Client Relationship Management
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Market Knowledge
• Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and new project launches in Sharjah & Dubai.
• Negotiation & Closing
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
• Ensure smooth transaction processes and documentation.
• Compliance
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (Residential & Commercial) in UAE.
• Experience in:
• Off-plan sales
• Brokerage market
• Mandatory certification from Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client database or active market network.
• Strong closing skills with a proven sales track record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: AED 2,500
• Attractive Commission Structure
• High earning potential based on performance
