Preferred:

Experience in Dubai real estate

Knowledge of CRM systems

Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.)

Own Visa/Spouse Visa (Add on Advantage)

Compensation

Commission-Only (no fixed salary or base pay)

Uncapped earning potential based on performance

Tiered commission structure (details shared at interview)
