• Experienced Secondary Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in Dubai’s ready property market
• Skilled in buying, selling, and leasing residential and investment properties
• Strong experience in handling direct buyer and seller negotiations
• Expertise in generating qualified leads and closing profitable deals
• Conducting property viewings and client consultations professionally
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and investment opportunities
• Experienced with DLD procedures, MOU agreements, and property transfer processes
• Worked with local and international investors, end-users, and mortgage buyers
• Specialized in key Dubai communities
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills
• Experienced in property marketing, broker networking, and sales strategy execution
• Focused on transparency, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets
• Ability to manage high-value transactions in a fast-paced and competitive market
