Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Ajman.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Ajman real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Ajman real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
