Job Overview
Primevista Real Estate is seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai. This role is ideal for driven professionals with strong sales skills and good knowledge of the Dubai property market who are ready to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
As a Sales Agent, you will manage property sales and leasing transactions, work with qualified leads, conduct property viewings, and provide professional guidance to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales and leasing transactions within assigned areas and portfolios.
- Handle company-generated leads and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct property viewings and prepare presentations for clients.
- Provide market guidance to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients to maximize conversions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Update property listings, leads, and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Submit weekly activity and performance reports to management.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new developments, and regulations.
- Attend internal training sessions, meetings, and daily office hours.
- Maintain knowledge of RERA rules, tenancy laws, and brokerage procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve property exposure and lead conversion.
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications (phone, email, meetings).
- Follow company code of conduct and performance standards.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by management.
Requirements
- Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
- Valid UAE driving license & own vehicle (mandatory)
- Experience in Dubai real estate sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
- Commission: 15% – 30% depending on experience and deal performance
