This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a passionate and self-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with no prior experience required. In this role, you will assist clients in finding properties that best suit their needs, provide informed guidance throughout the buying or selling process, and build strong relationships with clients and developers. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date on market trends and relevant legal requirements. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the position.

• Strong interest in Real Estate Sales and the fundamentals of Real Estate transactions
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills to build client relationships effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage property listings and paperwork
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with both clients and developers
• Willingness to learn and complete company-provided real estate training courses
• A valid Real Estate License is a plus but not mandatory; support will be provided to obtain certification
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
