Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
• Conduct property viewings and market research
• Negotiate contracts and finalize property transactions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum at least 6 months and above of real estate sales experience in Dubai
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market (advantage)
