Real Estate Sales Agent ( secondary market specialist)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent (Secondary Market Specialist) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai resale property market and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle buying and selling of secondary (resale) properties
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain and update property listings on portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (secondary market preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Presentable and professional
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: AED 2,000
  • Commission: Attractive commission on every successful sale
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Visa: Provided by the company
  • Medical Insurance: Provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
