Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting buyers with properties, building lasting client relationships, and helping customers navigate the process of buying, selling, or renting real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Schedule property viewings and conduct site visits
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Maintain a strong database of leads, listings, and client interactions
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends, laws, and developments
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals during the sale/purchase process
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment (1–3 years preferred)
- Valid real estate license or certification (as per regional laws)
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Other Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
