Real Estate sales and rental Agent

Real Estate Company in Dubai looking for a well experienced Real Estate Sales Agent On

Baic salary + Commotion on Every Single Complete Details ( Rent OR Sales )

Candidates must fulfil the following requirement: -

• 1. Minimum 2Years’ proven record in Rentals or Sale of Residential or Commercial Properties
• 2. Agent must have good English Communicate skill.
• 3. Have a good marketing skill & writing skills.
• 4. Must have bachelor’s degree/secondary school certificate.
• 5. Good knowledge of Computer & MS office.
• 6. Age between 25 to 60 years old
• 7. Must have Driving License home contrary or U.A.E.

Job responsibility

• 1. Ability to search for properties in secondary market or off plane for rent & sale.
• 2. Good skills to convince property owners to provide required documents & NOC’s for targeted properties.
• 3. Should be able to take photos & important information while visiting targeted properties.
• 4. Good skills to evaluate a property according to the current market price.
• 5. Submit properties to Administration office for approval before listing online along with all above requirements fulfilled.
• 6. Must be familiar to use all kinds of CRM’s and advertising portals.
• 7. Ability to do the necessary paperwork, for example, lease agreements & sales report etc.
• 8. Must have good communication & negotiations skills.
