Mamari Estates is hiring a sharp, commercially minded Real Estate Sales & Client Executive to support our Managing Partner. This is a client-facing, deal-focused role for someone who can move fast, think clearly, and help drive transactions forward — not a routine admin position.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist properties aligned with client briefs
• Qualify leads and manage follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Assist with deal preparation: pricing, comps, documents, and timelines
• Support listings, coordination, and contract-related tasks
• Research developers, projects, and market updates (off-plan & secondary)
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational items and keep deals on track

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Based in Dubai with real estate experience (required)
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Confident coordinating across agents, clients, and developers
• Familiar with Dubai developers, off-plan process, and contracts
• Comfortable using Excel and daily tools such as WhatsApp, Notion, and ChatGPT
