Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and personable real estate sales professionals to join our growing team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through property transactions, and closing deals with efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits.
• Advise buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
• Negotiate offers and prepare necessary documents (offers, contracts, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with real estate markets, legal requirements, and trends.
• Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative stakeholders as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven sales or customer service experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
