Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales professional with strong communication and persuasive skills to drive business revenue through tele-calling, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound tele-sales calls to prospective clients (startups, SMEs, business owners).
  • Pitch StartupKare.com services (Business setup, Digital branding, Legal compliance, Consultancy).
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-up pipeline, and daily reporting.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for client servicing.

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • 12th (Graduate preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years tele-sales / inside sales / business development experience.
  • Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
  • Target-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of startups, MSME services, or consultancy sector will be an advantage.

Compensation

  • Fixed Pay: ₹35,000 per month.
  • Condition: Performance-linked. Candidate must achieve minimum net revenue ₹3.5 Lakh/month to be eligible for full payout.
