Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential buyers, presenting our real estate projects, and closing sales. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable property options, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties or investment options.
  • Present ongoing and upcoming real estate projects effectively to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of client transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours, if required.
