Role Description

Lumina Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an ambitious agent with strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

As part of Lumina, you'll work in a supportive, inclusive environment backed by 20+ years of combined leadership experience and mentorship from our Sales Director with 17 years in the industry. You'll represent a brand built on trust, clarity, and integrity while enjoying the benefits of joining a new company with strong expertise, clear systems, and structured training.

This position focuses on secondary market sales, managing buyer and seller relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing successful property transactions across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and manage leads
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Source and list properties
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
  • Prepare all necessary real estate documentation
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (PropSpace)
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in Dubai real estate
  • Valid RERA license
  • Proven sales track record (closed deals, KPIs, portfolio)
  • Professional communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid UAE driving licence + access to a car
  • Experience using CRM systems (PropSpace preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Dubai communities and regulations
  • Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and local property regulations is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable
Preferred Qualifications

Multilingual abilities

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field

Experience with investor clients

Experience working with overseas investors

Strong financial understanding of ROI, yield, payment plans, and investment cases

Excellent personality, confidence, and communication skills
