Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Property Consultant with a strong background in real estate sales and rentals. The ideal candidate will handle serious clients, close valuable deals, and contribute directly to business growth through market expertise and professional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete sales and rental transactions for residential & commercial properties
  • Convert qualified leads into successful deals
  • Build and maintain a strong client and investor network
  • Conduct professional consultations and property site visits
  • Negotiate and close deals with confidence and efficiency
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients to maximize conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in CRM
  • Generate leads through personal network and market outreach
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of real estate experience (Karachi market preferred)
  • Proven track record of successful deal closures
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to handle serious buyers and investors
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
  • Existing network in the real estate market is a plus
