Location: Scheme 33, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time (6 days/week, Fridays Off)
Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven professional to drive property sales and marketing. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation via digital platforms to closing deals, ensuring a premium experience for clients in the residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Source clients through networking and outreach; manage leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
  • Client Management: Conduct property tours, understand specific buyer/renter needs, and provide personalized market guidance.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Develop tailored proposals and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain active listings and stay updated on local market trends and regulations in Scheme 33.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar high-stakes sales environment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, professional communication, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, customer-centric, and able to consistently meet sales targets
