Job Summary:
Lakhani Group is looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele-Sales Closers to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, and networking
  • Schedule client appointments and coordinate property site visits
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Promote and sell company services to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Professional and well-mannered personality
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
