Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team for high-rise residential projects at Chandkheda and Shela. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience in real estate, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, and specifications to clients
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM and technical teams for bookings
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate sales
• Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
