Role Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated, target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive / Consultant who will manage the full sales process personally — from cold calling and lead generation to client meetings and closing deals. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives on closing property sales independently and wants to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads via cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Meet clients in person and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Close deals from start to finish, handling negotiations and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and new property launches.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary market).
  • Strong background in cold calling, direct sales, and lead conversion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Salary: Negotiable, with attractive commission
