Real Estate Sales Executive (Female)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional (Female) to join a leading real estate firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the UAE property market, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive property sales and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Promote and market residential and commercial properties to potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings, deliver presentations, and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, mortgage options, and related matters.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements, contracts, and other relevant documentation with accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to design and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales within the GCC region.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (required).
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Arabic nationals preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Must be locally available in the UAE.
