Real Estate Sales Executive / Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales and teleperformance team. The role involves handling inquiries, reaching out to potential buyers, and assisting them in choosing the perfect property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers regarding property inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about Sukoon Property’s projects.
• Generate leads and schedule property site visits.
• Follow up with clients and maintain a strong client database.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to the management.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and persuasive personality.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Number of calls made per day.
