HAS Real Estate is expanding its Women’s Sales Team and is looking for confident, motivated, and professional candidates to join our fast-growing division in Dubai.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, client relationship-building, organization, and presentation. You will be working in a supportive, women-led environment with continuous training and full marketing support.
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will manage client leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals across Dubai’s primary and secondary markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert company-provided leads into successful property transactions.
- Conduct property tours and guide clients with clear market insights.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, launches, and legal procedures.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers professionally and transparently.
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with support from a dedicated marketing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of UAE property laws and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- UAE driver’s license (preferred).
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct.
