Are you a strategic thinker with a strong track record in real estate leadership? We’re looking for a Real Estate Manager to lead, inspire, and drive results across our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and mentor a team of agents and junior managers

✅ Drive sales growth and manage high-value client relationships

✅ Create and implement strategic business plans

✅ Handle large-scale property portfolios and investor accounts

✅ Ensure full compliance with local regulations (RERA, etc.)

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years experience in real estate (UAE market preferred)

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ RERA certification (if in Dubai)
