Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with proven leadership skills to join our team as Team Leaders. In this role, you will not only excel in property sales and leasing but also guide, mentor, and inspire a team of agents to achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents.

Provide guidance, coaching, and training to support team growth and performance.

Assist the team with negotiations, closing deals, and overcoming challenges.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.

Achieve personal and team sales targets.

Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.

Represent Trustkey Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Agent in Dubai.

Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

RERA certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
