We are a growing luxury real estate company with a strong portfolio of premium properties in Dubai, catering to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI). Our Dubai-based team manages on-ground sales, while our Mumbai office drives client acquisition, relationship building and deal origination.
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Field Sales Manager to expand our Dubai property client base in India through direct engagement, virtual presentations and strategic networking.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a go-getter with strong relationship-building skills, excellent presentation abilities and the drive to convert high-value leads into successful transactions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships and selling Dubai properties to both investors and end users across India.
The position is based out of our Mumbai office, with no travel to Dubai required. All on-ground property viewings in Dubai will be handled by our Dubai team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
- Conduct virtual property presentations and web meetings with clients across India and internationally.
- Visit clients at their offices or homes for in-person Dubai property presentations.
- Call and follow up with existing clients from our database to identify and create new opportunities.
- Cross-sell Dubai properties to existing investors and end users within the company’s network.
- Coordinate closely with the Dubai team for property details, client handovers and transaction progress.
- Work with the marketing team to align client outreach with campaigns and events.
Business Development & Travel
- Travel to various Indian cities to attend and represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows and investor meets.
- Build and nurture new client and investor relationships at networking events.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on Dubai’s latest real estate market trends, investment opportunities and project launches.
- Understand and explain Golden Visa eligibility and benefits to clients.
- Share relevant market news and insights with clients to build credibility and trust.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to senior management.
- Track pipeline progress from lead to closure, ensuring accountability at every stage.
Core Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-ticket product sales to HNI/UHNI clients.
- Proven ability to pitch and sell to senior executives, entrepreneurs and high-value investors.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- High energy, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent reporting discipline and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for exhibitions and client meetings.
Preferred
- Experience in selling international properties.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and Golden Visa opportunities.
- Existing HNI/UHNI client network in India.
Compensation Structure
- Option 1: Commissions only + All approved travel expenses paid by the company.
- Option 2: Fixed Salary + Minimal Commissions + All approved travel expenses paid by the company.
