We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in Abu Dhabi. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of agents specializing in ready and resale properties, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are consistently met.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE Real Estate market, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for results. You will play a key role in managing the sales process, developing strategies for client acquisition and retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targetsDevelop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the resale marketMonitor market trends, property values, and client needs to optimize performanceMaintain a high level of client service and satisfaction throughout the sales processConduct regular training, performance reviews, and coaching sessionsCoordinate with marketing and listing teams to ensure strong property visibilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investorsRequirements-Minimum 3 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1 2 years in a leadership role.-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue-Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills-Leadership skills with experience in motivating and managing a teamOrganized, proactive, and results-driven
