Job Description: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month (Base Salary) + Competitive Commission Structure

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the Dubai property market, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving team performance, and achieving aggressive sales targets in the off-plan and/or secondary market segment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent market knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents/consultants to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Assist the team with complex negotiations and deal closures.
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales personnel.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure strong market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions in the Dubai real estate sector to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Oversee the allocation and conversion of leads, and ensure effective use of the company’s CRM system.

Client & Broker Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key developers, brokerage agencies, and high-net-worth clients (if applicable to the company model).
  • Represent the company at property launch events, exhibitions, and international roadshows.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and company compliance standards.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare and present accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Manage sales team records, activity logs, and client interactions within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Manage the sales budget and track ROI on sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with at least 1-2 years in a proven Sales/Team Leader or Sales Manager role.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (off-plan and/or secondary), including key locations, developers, and relevant DLD processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • License: Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. RERA certification is highly advantageous.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi) are a significant advantage.
  • Proficient user of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
